I attended the Medford open house mentioned below in the negative review as well. I was also asked to wait so the listing agent (Leah) could personally walk me through the property, and although there were a couple of rooms we could not enter, she was incredibly helpful in explaining all the potential renovation options. It would have been very uncomfortable to walk through the property without the listing agent as some people were sleeping in one unit and a family was home in the other, and while this setup is different from other open houses, I completely understand why it was necessary in this case. Leah is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I first knew Leah when we were renting one apt in a 3-family home, and after vetting her further, we KNEW she was the realtor we wanted.

Through a (for my wife and I) GRUELING 9 months, maybe 5 or 6 for Leah, she scoured every possible option that fit our wants and means. I mean, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in EVERY possible way through the process. We’d send her listing, she’d send us potentials, she’d join us for as many as she can (mind you because she was pregnant, so even more hats off to her for helping us through that). Like literally, if I text my friend or EVEN MY OWN WIFE I don’t expect a text back within 24 hours. Leah is there within 30 mins tops.

One of the thing I appreciated most, my GPS brought us the wrong location, and she video’d EVERY WRONG THING about this place. It’s SO hard to see the little imperfections in any home, especially when you’re shopping, but she looked at a very clearly flipped property, saw kitchen floor tiles that were badly cut and spaced, pointed out cheap oven and hood and said that stainless steel would cost little to no more money, etc. I LOVED that every single place she or we all went to, she would give her own opinions on what was good or bad in her mind. 100% of the time, her mind was right, it was ABSOLUTELY something that I wouldn’t have noticed, but would 100% bother me in the future.

My wife and I finally found our PERFECT starter home, and Leah did EVERYTHING to fight for us (side note, apologies for all the caps words, but it really is that important). Leah negotiated our needs with the owners (which weren’t a lot, but nearly spooked them out of the deal), and my wife and I now live in our perfect happy little home.

As far as realtors go, I can’t imagine a better one. From the attention to detail, her personalized vision of how you can recreate a space knowing you her client, her availability, everything was top-tier. And as a reminder, she was helping us in her first AND second trimester.

I joked to my wife that we’re dying in this home, because moving sucks and I never want to do it again. But if we ever do decide to relocate, there’s not a SLIVER of a chance I’m not seeing if Leah can help me first. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I can’t say enough great things about how great of an agent Leah was and she made the process seamless from start to finish. My husband and I were first time home buyers and were not familiar with the whole process, but Leah was with us every step of the way. From the pre approval process, to the finance team and all the effort she put in to get us the house we really wanted. She really went above and beyond for us.
Years later when we sold our house, she made that process seamless as well. Even when making a complicated purchase due to regulations that come with buying from family, she didn’t mind putting in all the extra time and effort to get it done. I highly recommend Leah!
